Meet The Owner

Meet Monique, CEO and Owner of Scrubs By Nature Collection™️. She is a mother and wife building her foundation and empire. Working in production, shipping,  inbound and outbound, and also management for a combined 11 years. Monique has also worked as a caregiver, patient care technician and also in Delaware's local hospital, and she is accustomed to customer service. With the help of surveying  local nurses, certified nurse assistants, and other category medical professionals, she has gained great knowledge on what is needed and comfortable to wear in the medical field, for daily routines in whichever the nature may be.  Also awarded as a certified black business owner with ByBlack powered by United States Black Chambers, and a student through Bank of America’s Certified Women’s Entrepreneurship program at Cornell University. She believes medical professionals deserve the best, for everything they do.  Her mission is supplying her customers with satisfaction, and an abundance of customer service.
